We are sad to say that we lost our family dog, Dixie. She was a great dog and we will miss her. Evan has been dealing with it like a champ, but he still gets sad about it. Dealing with it is teaching us how to talk about this kind of thing with the boys, and we feel like we are growing in our parenting skills because of it.
