Little Drew is finally here! We went to the doctor's office on Monday afteroon because I suspected I was in labor. My doctor confirmed that I was and sent us to the hospital. Monday night was uneventful but my water broke early Tuesday morning. Then labor REALLY started. Everything went perfectly with natural labor & delivery, and Drew was born on June 9th at 2:58 pm, weighing 7lb, 9oz, and 21 inches long. We are so thankful & blessed to have another healthy child.
Evan could not be happier about having a little brother. He has probably given Drew 100 kisses since he has been born. Drew has made a very good impression on Evan. He was so thoughtful to bring his big brother a present to play with in the hospital, and Evan loved his little brother's hospital hat so much he decided to wear one too!
We are probably going home on Thursday, June 11th. We can't wait to get home so we can get some sleep...yeah right!
